Lemon and water benefits

I know right it's so annoying when you go to a restaurant and they put lemon in the water... but this is actually very beneficial. 
Putting lemon in water has many health benefits:

  • Boosts your immune system 
  • Good source of potassium (something you lose when you exercise)
  • Helps your digestion
  • Helps get rid of those nasty blemishes
  • Helps with weight lose
  • Reduces inflammation 
  • Gives you an energy boost
  • Helps fight viral infections
